영어와 일본어 문서의 내부 링크 fragment를 각 locale 대상 문서의 실제 heading id에 맞춥니다. Constraint: 한국어 원문 fragment와 en/ja heading id가 locale별로 다릅니다. Rejected: 한국어 percent-encoded fragment 유지 | en/ja 렌더링 heading id와 일치하지 않아 section jump가 동작하지 않습니다. node스크립트로 en/ja 내부 fragment 링크 30개를.next/server/appHTML id와 대조해misses: []확인했습니다.rg --pcre2로 percent-encoded 비ASCII 내부 링크 잔여 없음 확인했습니다.git diff --check를 통과했습니다.npm run build를 통과했습니다. 기존 Turbopack/NFT 경고와 sitemap 생성 단계의ENOBUFS경고는 있었지만 exit code는 0입니다.
